Exodus 13:21 And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:
In 1995, when my family and I arrived in Saskatchewan, I had one prayer… knowing things would be hard; starting churches, teaching home Bible studies, Home schooling, becoming connected to the people to build churches, I needed the Lord to validate the call, and I asked for him to have someone pray the prayer over us to be, “sent out”.
It was Rev. Galon Tracy who prayed that prayer over us, confirming what the Lord had placed in our hearts. He remarked later that it surprised him, as he had never prayed that specific prayer over anyone before, but I explained to him my request to the Lord and that I needed that confirmation.
At that time I thought that call to Saskatchewan would do me and my family a life time; for my husband it was, but for my son – he now pastors in Sudbury, Ontario; for my daughter , her life took her into loving and caring for her 4 natural children, 8 step children and 2 foster children… both here in Saskatchewan and in the States, a high calling; for me, I thought I would live and die here in Saskatchewan and be buried next to my husband. but over and over the prophets spoke – you shall live and not die!
Strangely though, almost two weeks ago now, Aug 04, 2025, the Lord once again gave a new command… I was to “Go and Recover”.
It shocked me…somewhat… there had been two voices constantly speaking to my mind, but only one voice spoke to my spirit; two opinions, two paths that seemed to be before me… and for a year I had struggled to hear which one was the perfect will of God.
Finally, almost in desperation I asked the Lord to make it very plain… it was then the prophecy came and with it a fresh and intense burden renewed…and all became clear.
The cloud had moved…and when the cloud moves we are blessed when we obey and follow, for me there is no question… it’s time to follow the cloud.
So things are quickly being set in motion for a move to Penobsquis, NB – like David of old I spiritually stand and look over all and I see the burnt out ruins, where the enemy has stolen and placed into captivity our loved ones… pain, shame, and trauma … it is all there and the word of the Lord was clear… Go and Recover!
Romans 10:13-17 For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?” So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.
We have so many who need to be healed and who need to hear the everlasting gospel once again.
To know the Lord is the savior that is in covenant relationship with them, and to know whatever life, the world, the devil or their weak human flesh throws at them… it is no match for the blood of Christ, or the power of his Name or the strength of his word, or the infilling of his spirit!
Rom. 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
Or as the Apostle Paul comforts the church with these words saying…
Rom: 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
May the Lord bless all!
